Ok, I know the game has been rated badly at some sites and ppl in general dislike it but I would still like to try it mebbe a few of you too. :p

Just saw it will be available at Take 2 (http://www.take2.co.za/product.php?id=487191) from the 22nd of June, PC DVD for R 265

It just reads too much like Unreal2 for me to take notice. For R265 I guess San Andreas or Battlefield2 will make a better buy.

Is Battlefield 2 Single Player orientated? I am looking for something to fill the void in my life left after finishing Doom 3 Expansion.

Got the demo and it's simply awesome, a mix between Call of duty and Joint operations with more strategy involved and great graphics.

I'm not much a fan of GTA games, play it a little, get bored and uninstall. If BF2 comes with some good sp, I'll get it.
Also, cata, dunno if you like Quake 2, but I'm playing it again using the EGL (http://www.echon.org/)
I'm currently using version v0.1.8 beta 4, v0.1.8 beta 5 corrupts my display.

Dunno, I seem to enjoy older games more than the current crop of new releases. :(

Well I'm sitting here at work with a pounding headache from playing the BF2 demo online since early Saturday morning to 3AM this morning ;).

Absolutely brilliant team game from beginning to end.

Pariah isnt worth the money.

I have the not so legit version wich funnily enough allows you to play online on iternational servers, but i dont rate it will go far and is worth spending cash on, just my 2c's
