Intel Mainboard

Last week Saturday my mainboard blew, I was just wondering if someone might have an Intel Mainboard lying around...

I need a Intel 875 Chipset (As far as I know the "Intel Bonanza" is the only 875 Chipset mainboard) I know there are some serverboards out there that has a 875 Chipset, if you have one of those I will also look into it.

Must have RAID 0 & RAID 1


Also I just want to make sure of something... If you run RAID 0, & for example your mainboard blew, (the data isn't lost that I know) You only have to create the RAID 0 again with your new mainboard with the same GB's & RAID Name, & should be fine, Am I correct ?? Like I said just want to make sure.

Actualy, I'd say you're heartely screwed.

Thats why onboard raid controllers suck...

I'd really be suprised if you can get it running again leg, raid 0 is a bad idea no matter what raid controller you're using.

not really, its a good idea if you're doing mail spooling or something which requires fast temporary disk io.

If they give you the same board, you might be able to get your raid back, and not loose your data
