SIM Toolkit Question

Hi everyone, we need to develop our own SIM card application. I've been looking at the solutions provided by GemPlus (www.gemplus.com (http://www.gemplus.com/)) but they simply do not answer my emails and they have no phone numbers on their site.

If you know of anyone providing SIM card development solutions or development tools here in S.A. please let me know.
