<p>Scottish developer Realtime Worlds <a href="http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=18317">has regained</a>, from Korean publisher Webzen, the distribution rights for the upcoming UE3 MMO <em><a href="http://www.apb.com/">APB</a> (All Points Bulletin)</em>.</p>
