MAP Loading Times

Hi People

I have purchased a SATA 10 000 RPM drive which my OS and UT are on, all my other games are on my 160 GIG

What I am having issues with is that UT maps take for ever to start up, this even after i reinstalled XP Pro 2 days ago.

My Specs are as follows:
P4 3.4
1 gig DDR 400 Ram
6800U

I have unpicked Preload skins i think it is
Any one have any ideas?

Biggest improvment I've noticed was turning off the option to load all character models or whatever the option is called.
