Whats the longest you have played UT for in 1 session?

So, whats the longest you guys have ever played Ut for in one straight go? This can go for either lans, online, or single player.

Mine is probably a pathetic 5 hours or so, maybe 6.

Back in UT99 days, Enigma and I burned the midnight oil from about 9pm to 4am every single night. :)

Nowadays 2 hours in one sitting is pushing it.

Yep, back in the UT99 days, we also burned the midnight oil. in a little internet cafe owned by isogo internet solutions. the full kindred clan would be there playing ctf till early hours in the morning.. as much as 8 hours straight. and as much as 20 players. those were the days. *sob*

eish, even after 1 hours in a clannie, my eyes feel like someone has shoved hot pokers into them. I honestly think I am concentrating so hard, that I do not blink for about 30 minutes at a time. Someone should make a 3rd party speech system that runs in UT, thats says "BLINK" every 1 minute, to remind us :)

Probably around 8 hours. Anything more and I'm way overcooked.

I average around 3 hours online a night. By 1am my eyes look like chopped liver. Yummy.

Back in the day of UT99 I could play for a good 6 hours :P . When I had a decent connection with UT2K4 I probably played a max of 2 hours, depending on the intensity of the games :P i.e the more intense, the longer the gameplay.

In UT99 LavaGiant & Facing Worlds would keep us occupied for almost 3 hours (This was while we were on campus!) In 2K4, a good few onslaught games would go for bout 6 hours. Then thats it. No more, damn you!

UT 99 had me hook, line, and sinker..2 hours (wife permitting)

These days it is about the intensity...the more fair the teams the better the game...other than that 2 - 3 maps tops.

I never cant sit with one game too long. UT2004 I'd say perhaps 3hours so. Me and a bud used to LAN some years back, played from 6pm to 6am non stop, cept for his (I don't smoke) odd smoke and coffee break. At times we'd be paste, falling asleep cuz we would have been working the day, but just start a game of say Quake 1 or UT99 and we'd be wide awake for a hour or two.

I wanna sit down sometime and finnish Unreal 1 co-op in one setting, al wanna try a good RPG sometimes, Icewind Dale 1 or such. (No, not Diablo, I really can't stand it, donnu why.)

Straight to isogo and would walk out of there around saturday morning @ 5 PM..

Most I played Was Vs my Bro, UT Classic, Instagib Mut. 32+- Hours. I was a Computer Freak. Still am.

Sure i had breaks, But we played Strait Through The night, It was kina The 1st competition Me and my Bro had that was The Barrier between who was better.

hehe WT, zero-1 does not actually play that much. When I lanned with him before ESWC, we played 6 games over 2 weekends :/ . Of course, I don't know about ut2003 :P

When Tribes 2 was still played online in SA, my pinky used to get so stiff and sore after a hour so of playing cuz I used the shift button to activate the jets. :p Good way to force a break.
ooooh, memory just struck home, Tribes 2 LAN for at DarkWrath's bar! Awesome food and beer! One of the best LAN's I have ever attended! :beer:

longest, was a TA lan at Daweeds for me, the HR guys came by, some avos were there, we lanned for a good 36 hours, smoke and drink breaks inbetween, but yeah, its do-able with large amounts of caffeine.

also had some of those long sessions in Tribes 2. that game was pretty cool.

UT2003 days... 13-15 hours on shitty isdn, with pee breaks, survived on coke and supper delivered to me thnx to mom :D

Cant sit down for more than 2hours these days, studies + social life >>>>>> ut and my mom doesn't deliver to my flat :(

Played for a Night & Day Slept for 4 hours & continue... (Arround 28 hours)
There were a lot of people in The UT99 days that stayed up the whole night.

I hardly slept on my weekends :D

Thats true LeG@cY (http://member.php?u=82), me and bud went to a LAN around 10 am the morning...ppl got tired and we left at around 6-7pm.
Went to his flat and had a 2 man LAN till the wee hours of the morning. Had my first ADSL < 100 ping UT2004 online!!! I still sucked so I guess the connection must have been buggered. :P
