Pms will do, if that doesnt work you take it to the admins of the servers / clan leader, its not much of an issue other than the fact that it causes huge flame wars, and this is the same thing because it was deleted for a purpose.
Devious isnt a part of this site (he hasnt registered) meaning he will probably never even read it.
The message might get passed on, but considering his previous actions do you really think he is going to care?
Why not take it to the clan leader instead of throwing out in pulic.

Here is an idea, why not do it in a civil manner? Start a new thread and do it civil like you would do it face to face and not hidden behind a keyboard.
Why not take it to the clan leader instead of throwing out in pulic.
It was a debate ...things get done and changed after u debate...and if ppl flame so what?...we will get that whereva we go...good issues were coming out there...
Peoples oppinions MUST be heard....they will never get to know of it if its all hushed in a pm(*note*not PMS :))

Mell Max, its exactly as VirtualForce said make a new thread then that concerns the queing system while dueling, not a thread about flinging personal insults and trying to point out individual members.

Not to get dragged in here, but thats the problem with UT. We are all trying to be so politically correct, yes, maybe what some ppl say is a bit harsh, but I say we should Name and Shame alot more than we do. If someone acts like a dick, they should be brought into the public eye. Maybe it would stop others doing the same then.
That being said, quitting, for whatever reason, ahlfway thru a duel is not an offense punishable by death, its up to the individual how he wants to play this game, who are we to dictate how someone should enjoy UT?
The jumping of the que however is a bit more serious, and if you behave badly, expect to get shat on :)

Hell I dont mind if a guy has to leave during a match, I got to do it often, but then simply state the reason, ie: i gtg feed baby or u owning me 57 to -3 is no longer enjoyable, pass on greetings and leave!

I still dont get why the sgs admins cant just put on PRODUEL...so it uses a few more resourses at least u get a proper queuing system and no fights among friends :P...if u want out all u do is swop!!
If my memory serves me correctly,it had something to do with the main international server for ut2k4 ?or some other lame reason..

I suggest putting UTcomp 1.6 on 1 of the duel servers, as a tester.... see what ppl say about it & maybe sort it out from there..!!??

That topic had no relevance and should've been deleted after the first post, TP is trying to get SGS to load utcomp1.6 but like all things in ZA it takes time. Why have a duel server that's not setup to the proper international standards(utcomp 1.6), there will be no provote/produel at the WCG.
Elco, next time handle things differently, I can promise you that you won't get anything out of me by calling me an idiot in a topic.

just a quickie, how many of the comminity are going to WCG ?
so why not have a queing system on for the rest of the duelers?
those going to wcg aka Livid/MI i am sure is capable of handling himself around the wcg setup

On UTComp1.6, extensive problems have been reported on the mod. The most stable version is still v1.3. Secondly I merely have web and ftp access to the server, I can't stop servers, restart them or bounce the box. In short, I can't add utcomp v1.6 myself. And what if the server becomes unstable, then I have to get hold of a telkom employee to fix the problem, which can be quite a daunting task. So I will test utcompv1.6 again at the next helix lan, tweak it and if it passes that test, we can try it on the server. Because to reverse a change is quite a task. Err on the right side of caution basically.

1.6 works perfectly. Just don't enable the enhanced netcode, which is where all the bugs lie. I see no reason to be behind the rest of the world and sit with 1.3, especially on the duel servers which are supposed to cater for the more serious players.
Secondly, deleting a thread, for any reason at all, is simply immature. Censorship is only for the protection of the very young and the stupid. Then again, that accounts for almost everyone posting on this forum, so I don't really expect this comment to be heeded.
