Very kewl read...

When I actually started reading the only thing I could think about was when one of my mates tried quake over 16k modem connection. It was fun! :) This was back in 1999... instead of wasting my time with Quake, maybe I should've tried UT99 instead. :P Oh wait... I didn't have a pc that could run it! :P

This was really a trip down memory lane hey... was so fuggin awesome the first time my mate and I got the intorwebzor connection working and playing around on quake... :D

Never really played Quake online or much for that matter... my FPS gaming came into play when UT2k4 hit the shelves :P

Mention that word 15 years ago and people would probably think you were referring to some kind of sick prank involving a phosphorus-tipped stick of wood, a bucket full of gasoline and your next-door-neighbour's pet.Thats classic :)
I remember clearly the looks I got from the staff and managemant when I mentioned playing DeathMatch with some friends :D

Duke Nukem 3D converted most of the inverted mouse users here.

That makes it evil !

{that and the fact there were strippers dancing for those alien pigs :P}

The first game I lanned was starcraft way back, my friends dad had an office with 3 p.cs and we use to play all the time, I remember playing UT99, but if I look at myself, wow I was uber nOOb back then.

I loved quake 3 and when I got osp, I played everyday until I could strafe jump campgrounds to get that rail gun :P... it was loads fun.

Saint converted me to UT2k4 when he pawned me like a nOOb... hehe So I am out for revenge :P. do you hear that Saint I wanna get you back for that ass raping you gave me, hehe ;)
