Neutrons:

The neutron is a particle (http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/particle.html) found in almost every atomic nucleus (http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/nucleus.html) . Only the hydrogen (http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/hydrogen.html) nucleus has no neutron. All other atoms have one or more.
Neutrons and protons (http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/proton.html) constitute almost all of an atom's mass. They stick together because of the strong nuclear force (http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/strongnu.html) to form all the different kinds of atoms.

So to end it off, we as a clan like neutrons stick together as team like neutrons in an atom stick together.
