Cheap web and email!!

yo guys wanted to know if any body can help here
I currently am hosting with Imaginet but it is like 1200 bucks a year.
I mainly need the email side more as the site does not generate alllot of trafic at all
any ideas of cheap hosting and mail as i need to keep my domain name the same!
Preferably local aswell

http://www.webonline.biz/ --> Local, reasonably cheap, reliable (I use them)

There's literally hundreds of others as well, but I can't vouch for them :)

EDIT: Host4Africa's prices are all in rands, but their servers seem to be located in Texas.

The thing you need to really look at is service, not price. Local hosting is generaly met with crap service, its the only way they can possibly provide hosting at all in SA for a semi acceptable price (thanks Telkom) is by compromising bandwidth and hardware as well as decent service staff.

Alot of these people are cheap but their service and response times are terrible. We spend alot of time and as a result, money, fighting with them to get domains changed etc and mostly we just encouter ignorance and stupidity.
