Overclocking and watercooling

Hey guys i have just got my hands on a koolance PC2-650 watercooling system second hand at a very good price. I am looking for any advice. This is my first time at trying to watercool anything and i have a few ideas on other things to be done. The case came with the full setup CPU waterblock, 2 x GPU waterblocks and 2 x Harddrive coolers and all the pipes. any tips would be much apprecited.

I am also looking at overclocking my AMD 4800+ X2 chip on a ASUS A8-N32 Deluxe motherboard any help or advice would be much appreciated.
