Thanks Jaymac, I just received an email from one of my contacts at telecom, I can't believe my luck it will only be available in the middle of march in the area where I live and thats not the worst part of it, the prices are crazy.

For a 384kbps line you have to pay 549.00 Nam dollar (1 Nam dollar = 1 rand) and you get a 2 gig cap. so I guess I will be taking the 512 kpbs option it has a 3 gig cap and it costs 699.00. He did not give me a price for installation yet.

Do you guys think 3 G is worth a try? I know that wireless sucks for gaming but I wanna play.

ONS --> onslaught ? if I ever get online I just want to be dueling or playing FFA it is much more fun, and g5@nn0n I will be looking forward to play you :) and the rest of you guys and get creamed.. hehe

Those prices are just as bad as they are here! I am paying around that for a 384kbps connection and 2 GB cap.

I would not recommend 3G at all. I have used all the wireless technologies available and none of them even compare to those ADSL optic fibres. 3G is alright if you want to play warcraft or something, but it really does not work for serious FPS games like UT. :(
