I've added a Skype field to the user profile options, so you can add your Skype username (right at the bottom of the Edit Profile page on the User CP) and a little icon will show up in your profile on the side of posts, like with MSN or ICQ...

Clicking the icon will launch Skype (if installed) and call the person you clicked.
