just wondering what people out there use
Firefox at work, IE at home. (Trust me, Firefox is not the miracle cure everyone praises.)
WinXP Pro all the way...
FireFox all the way (Trust me, FireFox is the miracle cure everyone praises) :nana:
WinXP
Firefox everywhere... Windows 2003 server and FreeBSD 5.3 at home. Debian at work.

WinXP Pro home and office
Firefox and IE home
IE work.
Oh yeah? Wanna arm wrestle? :P
I just find some nagging little quirks with Firefox. Colours odd on some pages, my fav sites not behaving like always, text boxes behaving differently and then of course Getright not grabbing the links.
I know it is propably due to bad website design, but until they fix it, I'll much rather use IE.
Get flashgot, its a plugin for firefox. Lets me go straight from link to my download manager.
but flashget sux
rather use MassDownloader
No, the plugin is called flashgot. you can use whatever download manager you like.
OS home and work
win xp
win svr 2003
redhat 9
fedora core 3
browser home and work
IE
Firefox
Avant
The full release of Firefox I have found is a bit more problematic than 0.93 beta was. Especially the dhtml stuff is more problematic. The 1 website I did worked fine in firefox beta and when I tested with the full release it wasn't working properly. I've also seen this on some other sites I frequent. But in reality it all minor stuff. It's got lotsa potential.
Firefox in Debian and Windows at home and Firefox in Windows at work ;). Only ever look at IE when testing new sites I'm making.
IE all the way, Dont bother with Firefox, I cant see the difference for hte low level of browsing i use.

why, may i ask do u use server 2003 at home?
me firefox as much as possible, except when doing windows updates, says "your browser is not compatible or something like that"
and i use Win XP Pro, but not by choice, only because Windows is the only OS ive been using since i started working with PCs, bout 10 years! so i know most of the commands and how to get around, linux and OS X i tried out the other day, i hardly knew how to do the most simple of things

Firefox 1.0.3 is on my FTP server for you capped chaps. Only problem is someone, who shall remain unnamed, has forgotten to turn his PC on and run the FTP server this morning. :o He blames it on some seriously intense CTF and TDM matches till 01:00 this morning :D
I'll see if I can sneak off and sort it out.

I need it for work stuff, and also I like that it comes without all teh crap that XP has - I just enable what I need.

We're all Goofy Goobers Yeah,
Goofy Goofy, Goober Goober, YEAH!!!
MMM...i love that song, i think the movie is classic, most of my friends however say its childish, i thought it had some very funny times.
"we worship a giant peanut for cornsake"
"We do not worship him"
"OPEN YOUR EYES PATRICK, uve been wearing the same goofy goober underpants for three years straight, what do u call that?"
"worship:boohoo:"

Great thing about firefox is the downloadable extensions and plugins. There are lists and lists of new "themes" and extensions. For example, the "foxytunes" extension adds a media player bar into the botttom of the browser- wich basically can be used with any public player. Also the autocopy and flashgot extensions are a beaut. Another usefull extension is the "weather" bar-- local updated "exact" weather on the fly. Also an unprotected or unsafe page early warning extension works well.
