Linux help needed!

Hi all!
Long time no post, hope everyone is doing well and enjoying ut.
I've just started a new job for UCS and their whole environment is open-source, so i need a linux guru who has time and patience to give me a quick crash course cause i did linux in varsity a while ago and have forgotten most of it.
So if there is anyone in joburg willing to help me out i would appreciate it greately :)
(promise to provide at least a six-pack or 2 of beer :) )

I'll help out and I'm sure crash will as well, not that we are any good at teachers but we have mad linux skills :P and we do prety much anything for free beer.

One thing I can recommend a lot is, linux.com has a series called CLI Magic (http://enterprise.linux.com/search.pl?tid=89) which is all about command line tricks. It's been kinda lame of late, but the older stuff is great and every so often there is a gem that makes all the lameness worth it (for me it was screen)
